Just like most, I am very thankful for my wife, my children, my family and my friends.  I am also very thankful that I have a job working for a company that strives daily to be the best.  The relentless pursuit of perfection and the tools I am given to succeed are unparalleled.  Listed below are a few examples of why I am thankful to work for a mortgage lender focused on the customer and the future.

Prospect Mortgage has solidified its position as the second largest renovation lender in the country. Just behind Wells Fargo.

We have achieved the second highest customer service satisfaction score in the financial services industry, as determined by Net Promoter Score. We are second to only USAA, whose legendary customer service is the highest among all US companies and industries. Earning such a high customer service grade is an incredible accomplishment, and proof that we are solidly executing and providing a world-class service experience to our customers.

Building a special Company requires special people who are willing to sacrifice and work as a true team. To be clear, success is not a goal, it is a derivative of supreme focus, dedication, and faith in activities, principles and mission. That is what the Prospect family is all about. We care about each other, demonstrate excellent teamwork, and provide outstanding service to both borrowers and our fellow Prospect Associates. We are not focused on having the best Super Bowl ad. Our focus is on building the smartest, most efficient, most professional and most profitable mortgage company of all time. Our 2011 accomplishments prove that we are on the right path.

Here’s to you, your family, and your future.  Happy Thanksgiving!
